Joseph Florentine, Sr. is the Founder of The Florentine Holding Company (FHC). Leading the company as President from its launch in 2006 until 2017, Joseph developed the innovative investment and property development strategies that within five years, transformed FHC from a promising idea, into a thriving $100 million real estate investment and development firm.

Today, Joseph’s ingenious, impactful approach to commercial real estate investment and development has built the Florentine Holding Company into an award winning $264 million dollar real estate investment and development powerhouse, that provides our investors with a market beating, annual ROI of 35 percent.

Joseph “Joey” Florentine III

Chief Executive Officer of Florentine Holding Company. Founder & Director of Finance of Family Heirloom Storage.

As a member of the senior leadership team for both companies, Joey helps develop and implement the strategic initiatives that have increased FHC’s and Family Heirloom Storage’s growth, revenues, service offerings, client acquisition and market share.

Joey also directs Family Heirloom Storage’s financial operations and is responsible for the daily management of FHC’s real estate portfolio, where he directs FHC’s acquisitions, leasing, property development and new construction efforts. In addition to his service on the senior leadership team of both companies, Joey is the Broker of Record with City of Palms Realty, a Florentine Holdings portfolio company.

Don Tyree

Chief Operating Officer of Florentine Holding Company. Founder & Director of Operations of Family Heirloom Storage.

As the Director of Operations of one of the fastest growing self storage and outdoor vehicle parking companies in the Southern U.S., Don directs the implementation of plans and procedures that have increased company expansion, revenues, service offerings, client acquisition and operational efficiency.

With nearly three decades experience as a senior executive and business owner, Don excels at acquiring promising self-storage properties and using innovative technologies and client acquisition strategies, which transform each location into a market leading facility.

Tiffany Tyree

Chief Financial Officer of Florentine Holding Company. Founder & Director of Accounting of Family Heirloom Storage.

As a member of the senior leadership team of both companies, Tiffany is responsible for the accounting and financial functions for the storage, multifamily, commercial real estate, insurance and realty divisions.

Tiffany works diligently to provide our leadership and managerial teams with timely and consistent financial information, including monthly reports and expenditure reviews. She has initiated accounting and management program platform migrations that have increased reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Lia Diana

Director of Marketing and Investor Relations of Florentine Holding Company & Family Heirloom Storage.

As a member of the senior leadership team for both companies, Lia develops and executes the marketing strategies that help increase sales, client acquisition and market leadership. As Director of Investor Relations, Lia develops the internal, external and client communications strategy and collateral which provide timely investment and operational information to each company’s investors and strategic partners. She also serves as a key point of contact for investors and strategic partners.

Lindsey Hicks

Property Manager & Real Estate Accountant of Florentine Holding Company. Senior Facilities Accountant of Family Heirloom Storage.

Lindsey’s unique set of managerial responsibilities provide her with a comprehensive and detailed understanding of our organization’s strategic, financial, property development and operational objectives. In her role as Senior Financial Accountant, Lindsey helps analyze key financial data, helps manage payments and works with our finance and operations staff to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial information.

Jeff Biggs

Capital Projects and Maintenance Supervisor of Florentine Holding Company & Family Heirloom Storage

From our very first day in business, Jeff has been a longstanding and valued member of our organization. Jeff’s responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and care of our commercial properties, residential properties and storage facilities. Jeff also supervises our network of sub-contractors and ensures that our company is in compliance with all permitting requirements and governmental regulations.

Lori Raymond

Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage

Responsible for the daily operations of four of our company’s storage facilities located in Georgia and Florida, and for the operation of the company’s San Mateo Estates Mobile Home/RV Park (FL), Lori oversees the region’s Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Auctions, Team Management and Operations initiatives.

Kevin Conley

Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage

Responsible for the daily operations of 10 of our storage facilities located in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee, Kevin’s responsibilities include Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Auctions, Team Management and Operations. His two decades experience as a storage and retail industry executive have helped support our company’s continued growth.

Robyn Moore

Communications Supervisor at Family Heirloom Storage

As the Director of the company’s Call Center, Robyn’s responsibilities include developing the internal, external and client communications procedures that provide our clients, employees and partners with timely information about our company’s services, solutions and policies.

Prior to becoming the Communications Supervisor for Family Heirloom Storage, Robyn spent well over a decade as a highly regarded associate with the Florentine Holding Company. There, Robyn contributed her extensive experience to FHC’s Property Management, Maintenance, Training and Operations initiatives.

Red Storer

Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage

Red Storer is a Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage, a division of The Florentine Holding Company. 

Responsible for the daily operations of three storage facilities in the Chattanooga region, Red's responsibilities include Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Auctions, Team Management and Operations. 

Red contributes more than two decades of extensive and exceptional managerial experience to her role as a Regional Manager for our company. Prior to joining Family Heirloom Storage, Red served as a a managerial executive for a diverse group of Health, HR Recruiting, Financial and Technology companies, including, Therapy Direct, Smart Source, Comcast and Convergys Corporation. 

Red is a resident of Ooltewah, TN.

Joseph Florentine, Sr. is the Founder of The Florentine Holding Company (FHC). In 2017, Joseph retired from the Presidency of FHC and became the company’s Senior Investment Advisor and Strategist. In this role, he continues to provide vital guidance to the company's senior leadership team.

Joseph is a relentless and enthusiastic entrepreneur. In 2019, he founded Success Cornerstone, a performance development consultancy that provides executives and entrepreneurs with the information, tools and strategies to maximize their potential for creating successful companies and lives. He is the co-author (with Erica Florentine, NYT Best Selling Author), of the book The Foundation of a Successful Life (2020), a highly regarded guide for building a lifetime of personal and professional excellence.

Joseph and his wife Frances are the proud parents of Joey, Erica and Lia Florentine. Joseph and Frances reside in Spring Lake, NJ.

Joey’s interest in real estate and entrepreneurship are longstanding. He spent his younger years assisting his father Joe Florentine—the Founder of FHC—with the company’s land acquisition, development and marketing efforts. Prior to joining FHC, Joey served as a sales and leasing broker in NYC.

Joey earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Manhattan College. He resides in Sea Girt, New Jersey.

Don Tyree

In his spare time, Don and his wife Tiffany, own and operate Red Belle Ridge Farm & Supply, where they share the benefits of regenerative farming and organic production methods with their community.

Don earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Franklin University. He and his wife Tiffany reside in Ellenboro, North Carolina.

Tiffany Tyree

Before joining Florentine Holdings in 2012, Tiffany worked as a tax analyst in the corporate tax department for a Fortune 50 company. Prior to that position, she served as a Tax Advisor at the nation’s largest consulting firm for the private corporate aviation sector. She worked directly with successful business owners and HNWI, to facilitate compliance with the complex but advantageous tax regulations for the owners of private aircraft.

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University and she is Florida Licensed Certified Public Accountant. In her spare time, Tiffany and her husband Don, own and operate Red Belle Ridge Farm & Supply, where they share the benefits of regenerative farming and organic production methods with their community.

Tiffany and her husband Don Tyree reside in Ellenboro, North Carolina.

A graduate of The University of Central Florida, Lia resides in Lake Como, New Jersey.

Lindsey Hicks

Property Manager & Real Estate Accountant of Florentine Holding Company. Senior Facilities Accountant of Family Heirloom Storage.

Lindsey’s unique set of managerial responsibilities provide her with a comprehensive and detailed understanding of our organization’s strategic, financial, property development and operational objectives. In her role as Senior Financial Accountant, Lindsey helps analyze key financial data, helps manage payments and works with our finance and operations staff to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial information.

As a Property Manager for FHC, Lindsey directs the daily operations of several multifamily buildings, managing more than 1,000 tenants in eight different locations throughout North Carolina. Her responsibilities include marketing, leasing, rent collection, tenant relations and retention.

Lindsey resides in Whiteville, North Carolina.

Lori earned her B.A. in Business Management from The University of Phoenix. Originally from Michigan, Lori resides in San Mateo, Florida.

Kevin Conley

Prior to joining Family Heirloom Storage, Kevin was a managerial executive with Public Storage. Before his affiliation with Public Storage, Kevin served as a managerial executive with some of the nation’s best-known companies, including CVS and Kmart.

Kevin is a resident of Mill Spring, North Carolina.
