Joseph Florentine III

Chief Executive Officer of Florentine Holding Company. Founder & Director of Finance of Family Heirloom Storage

Joey Florentine was introduced to real estate at an early age, learning the business directly alongside his father. He later earned a degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Manhattan College. Following his graduation in 2010, Joey began his career at a boutique real estate firm in New York City, where he rapidly built momentum—completing more than 150 transactions across residential, commercial, and retail sectors. During this time, he represented property owners ranging from single asset landlords to global investment groups with portfolios exceeding 100 properties.

Today, as CEO of Florentine Holding Company and Founder of FHSG, Joey has led the acquisition, operation, and sales of more than $300 million in commercial real estate, while overseeing management of over 10,000 tenants across nine states. He currently holds assets in seven states valued at $75 million and servicing more than 5,000 tenants. Licensed in both Florida and New York, Joey has successfully completed 65 transactions with zero losses and an average return of 42%.

Donald Tyree

Chief Operating Officer of Florentine Holding Company. Founder & Director of Operations of Family Heirloom Storage

Don Tyree is a commercial real estate operator known for transforming under performing assets into high-performing, market-leading properties. As Director of Operations and Co-Founder of Family Heirloom Storage Group, Don has helped lead the acquisition and repositioning of more than 1,000,000 square feet of storage and industrial parks—consistently increasing occupancy by 50%+ and contributing to more than $150 million in successful dispositions.

His track record also extends to distressed RV resorts, where he applies an owner’s mindset, creative marketing, and operational discipline to nearly double annual revenue across select assets.

Beyond FHSG, Don co-owns Tyree Investments, managing a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial holdings. He and his wife, Tiffany, also own Red Belle Ridge, a 73-acre regenerative farm in North Carolina. A licensed Florida real estate agent and experienced short-term rental operator, Don is driven by value creation, long-term strategy, and building assets that stand the test of time.

Tiffany Tyree

Chief Financial Officer of Florentine Holding Company. Founder & Director of Accounting of Family Heirloom Storage

As Director of Accounting, Tiffany Tyree leads the financial reporting and accounting operations for Family Heirloom Storage Group. She is a licensed CPA with deep experience across multiple industries, including real estate, corporate tax, and aviation. Tiffany previously served as a senior tax analyst at General Electric and spent several years at Advocate Consulting, where she worked directly with ultra high net worth individuals to manage the complex tax and regulatory requirements associated with private business aircraft. Her expertise includes multi-entity accounting, tax research, audit resolution, and building reliable systems that support long-term organizational growth. Her experience gives her a strong foundation in both technical precision and high-level financial oversight.

Lia Diana

Director of Marketing & Investor Relations

Lia plays a versatile and integral role at Family Heirloom Storage, contributing across multiple areas of the business including investor relations, marketing support, financial organization, and operational coordination. With more than seven years of business management experience and a background in financial administration and bookkeeping, she assists where needed to help streamline processes, enhance communication, and strengthen the company’s investor-facing presence. Her adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to step into new responsibilities make her a valuable support to every department within the organization.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Lia brings leadership, creativity, and a collaborative approach to every project she takes on.

Founder and Retired President of Florentine Holding Company. Senior Investment Advisor and Strategist of Family Heirloom Storage

Joseph Florentine, Sr. is the Founder of The Florentine Holding Company (FHC), where he served as President from its inception in 2006 through 2017. Under his leadership, FHC evolved from a new venture into a rapidly scaling real estate investment and development firm, surpassing $100 million in value within only five years. His forward-thinking strategies and disciplined investment approach laid the foundation for what is now a $264 million award-winning commercial real estate enterprise, consistently delivering strong returns for investors.

Since transitioning from the presidency in 2017, Joseph has continued to support the company as Senior Investment Advisor and Strategist, guiding leadership and shaping long-term vision. Beyond FHC, he is a lifelong entrepreneur and founder of Success Cornerstone, a performance development firm helping leaders maximize their potential. He is also co-author of The Foundation of a Successful Life (2020), written with New York Times bestselling author Erica Florentine.

Jeff Biggs

Capital Projects and Maintenance Supervisor of Florentine Holding Company & Family Heirloom Storage

Jeff Biggs is the Capital Projects and Maintenance Supervisor for The Florentine Holding Company (FHC) and Family Heirloom Storage, a division of FHC.

From our very first day in business, Jeff has been a longstanding and valued member of our organization. Jeff’s responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and care of our commercial properties, residential properties and storage facilities. Jeff also supervises our network of sub-contractors and ensures that our company is in compliance with all permitting requirements and governmental regulations.

For Jeff, contributing to FHC’s growth and success is a family mission—throughout the years, four of Jeff’s sons have worked with our company.

Jeff and his life-partner Lindsey Hicks reside Whiteville, North Carolina.

Lori Raymond

Regional Manager of Family Heirloom Storage

Lori Raymond is a Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage, a division of The Florentine Holding Company.

Responsible for the daily operations of four of our company’s storage facilities located in Georgia and Florida, and for the operation of the company’s San Mateo Estates Mobile Home/RV Park (FL), Lori oversees the region’s Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Auctions, Team Management and Operations initiatives.

Lori’s managerial and leadership capabilities have made an important contribution to the success of our company. Prior to joining Family Heirloom Storage, Lori served as a managerial executive for a group of retail and storage service companies. Lori earned her B.A. in Business Management from The University of Phoenix. Originally from Michigan, Lori resides in San Mateo, Florida.

Lindsey Hicks

Property Manager & Real Estate Accountant of Florentine Holding Company Senior Facilities Accountant of Family Heirloom Storage

Lindsey Hicks is the Senior Facilities Accountant for Family Heirloom Storage, a division of The Florentine Holding Company (FHC). Lindsey also serves as a Property Manager and Real Estate Accountant for FHC.

Lindsey’s unique set of managerial responsibilities provide her with a comprehensive and detailed understanding of our organization’s strategic, financial, property development and operational objectives. In her role as Senior Financial Accountant, Lindsey helps analyze key financial data, helps manage payments and works with our finance and operations staff to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial information.

As a Property Manager for FHC, Lindsey directs the daily operations of several multifamily buildings, managing more than 1,000 tenants in eight different locations throughout North Carolina. Her responsibilities include marketing, leasing, rent collection, tenant relations and retention.

Lindsey resides in Whiteville, North Carolina.

Kevin Conley

Regional Manager of Family Heirloom Storage

Kevin Conley is a Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage, a division of the Florentine Holding Company.

Responsible for the daily operations of 10 of our storage facilities located in Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee, Kevin’s responsibilities include Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Auctions, Team Management and Operations. His two decades experience as a storage and retail industry executive have helped support our company’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Family Heirloom Storage, Kevin was a managerial executive with Public Storage. Before his affiliation with Public Storage, Kevin served as a managerial executive with some of the nation’s best-known companies, including CVS and Kmart.

Kevin is a resident of Mill Spring, North Carolina.

Red Storer

Regional Manager of Family Heirloom Storage

Red Storer is a Regional Manager for Family Heirloom Storage, a division of The Florentine Holding Company.

Responsible for the daily operations of three storage facilities in the Chattanooga region, Red’s responsibilities include Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Auctions, Team Management and Operations.

Red contributes more than two decades of extensive and exceptional managerial experience to her role as a Regional Manager for our company. Prior to joining Family Heirloom Storage, Red served as a managerial executive for a diverse group of Health, HR Recruiting, Financial and Technology companies, including, Therapy Direct, Smart Source, Comcast and Convergys Corporation.

Red is a resident of Ooltewah, TN.

Robyn Moore

Communications Supervisor Family Heirloom Storage

Robyn Moore is the Communications Supervisor for Family Heirloom Storage, a division of the Florentine Holding Company.

As the Director of the company’s Call Center, Robyn’s responsibilities include developing the internal, external and client communications procedures that provide our clients, employees and partners with timely information about our company’s services, solutions and policies.

Prior to becoming the Communications Supervisor for Family Heirloom Storage, Robyn spent well over a decade as a highly regarded associate with the Florentine Holding Company. There, Robyn contributed her extensive experience to FHC’s Property Management, Maintenance, Training and Operations initiatives.
